Our Story

2009

Reana, Margarita, Rina, and Marga were introduced as part of the Lessandra Series under Camella.

2016

The four house models were upgraded to Reva, Ravena, Mika, and Mikaela.

2018

All house models were re-launched. This saw a redesign of existing house models and an introduction of new house models: Arielle, Brielle, Criselle, Danielle, Ezabelle, and Frielle.

2019

The successful 2018 re-launch led to the Lessandra Series elevating into a housing brand of its own, Lessandra, formalized by the simultaneous Stellar Event Launches.

Lessandra introduced two house series, narrowing down the previous six house models into four: Arielle under the Starter Series; Criselle, Ezabelle, and Frielle under the Angat Series.

2020

The official Lessandra website was launched as part of its campaign for stronger online presence. The Website--together with the major innovations such as the Online Appointment System, Online Reservation Portal, Virtual Home Tours--revolutionized Lessandra's home buying and customer care services.

In November 2020, Lessandra held its first e-launch event through Facebook. The newest house offering, Sienna under the Step Up Series, was introduced, as a response to the changing home needs of Filipinos.

2021

In March 2021, Lessandra earned its first international recognition from London-based site The Start Up Pill, as one of the best residential start up brands worth to follow globally.

Lessandra continues its aggressive efforts for a stronger online presence, delving into more digital innovation launches.

Today

Lessandra further strengthens its nationwide presence, adding more neighborhoods to its roster and making quality and affordable homes more available for Filipinos.

Reservation fee is non-refundable but it forms part of the down payment.

When do I have to pay the 1st down payment?

The 1st down payment is scheduled 30 days from the date of reservation.

How do I pay the down payment?

The down payment can be paid in cash (spot down payment) or in monthly installment depending on the term e.g. If 15 mos., you can pay it in 15 monthly installments.

What are the payment options available in Lessandra?

Lessandra offers the following payment options: Spot Cash, Deferred Cash, Bank Financing, and In-House Financing of the loan balance.

Will you assist in the application of bank financing?

Yes, we assist the clients in the application. Clients just need to submit all requirements to Lessandra authorized personnel within the specified period of time to process the loan.

Can we pay our monthly amortization online?

Can I view the property online?
