Ride a bus bound to San Jose. Reachable from Metro Manila through numerous bus lines plying the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).Travel time takes approximately four to five hours, depending on the route your chosen bus takes.

Buses such as Baliwag Transit, Florida, Victory Liner, Golden Bee, and Five Star all have daily trips to/from Manila. Genesis Transport: Daily Trips to/from Pampanga. Other coaches with trips to/from Nueva Vizcaya, Aparri, Maria Aurora, Baguio City, Dagupan City, and Manila also pass San Jose City.If you are coming from Baguio City, there are commuter van bound to San Jose. You can also travel via jeepney from Pangasinan, Cabanatuan, Rizal and Carranglan.  Tricycle is really the preferred mode of transportation mostly on the city centers only. For longer journeys, there are also jeepneys available, but mostly on the city centers only. The area is accessible to buses, vans, jeepneys and tricycles.
